M T WORK MANPOWER CO.,LTD. is wholly owned domestic corporation, organized under the laws of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Thailand in November 2002.
M T WORK operations are managed by a team of professionals who have decades of experience in the areas of selecting, training and testing of skilled and semi-skilled tradesmen as well as general manpower management. This team of professionals has won numerous manpower contracts over the years through their commitment to quality and business integrity. We have available a pool of potential candidates for major industries.

We carefully screen and interview all job applicants to ensure they have the right attitude and the endurance required for the challenging tasks ahead of them. Each applicant must pass all the skill tests required by our clients. We liaise with government agencies as well as foreign embassies to obtain all necessary documentation and permits.

Delivery of qualified workers to their host countries.

During the worker employment abroad, our service staff keeps in close contact with the employers and is available quickly to respond to them on issues from the hiring and placement of the workers.

We have workmen in most major trades. Details of job skills and salary scales can be furnished upon request. We can supply practically all categories of skilled and semi-skilled workers and qualified technicians, who can be ready for deployment within 20 to 30 days depending on the size of your order.
We can start recruiting for you immediately upon receiving the following information and documents from you. Your Demand Letter specifying number of workers required by categories, qualifications, experience and job requirements.
A specimen of Employment contract.
A Power-of-Attorney letter with the official Block Visa Number.
All documents must be authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Royal Thai Embassy within the employer's country.

Experience

In 1993, Ms Tina Jiang was posted to Thailand by a Taiwanese Travel Agency. In between she held various positions including, tour guide, manager and general manager.

In 1999, by coincident, Ms Tina was in the headhunter industry. This has subsequently led her to setting up ‘M T WORK Service Placement Co., Ltd.’ With her sincere and straightforward attitude towards others, Director Jiang ensures she is hand on all issues. Together with the help and supports of her employees, the company has grown from 2 to 3 staffs to 17 staff of today. Operating profit has also reached a reasonable level and service quality is well recognized among the common industry.

In order to operate a business, we need to have indept knowledge of the trade, good people relationship and good communication skill, failing which it'll be difficult to establish the business, not to mention developing it. Competition from competitors are stiff, the constant changes and face-off in society is callous.

Ms Tina Jiang is determined to develop the business. She keeps record on the daily work process, approach taken and filing of documents. On top of these, she's gripping every opportunity, even during short resting time to learn Thai language. All is to create a space without boundary.

In Ms Tina Jiang’s opinion, a cohesive environment can only be achieved for both parties through good communication between both directions and collaboration for working together toward the common goal. This has formed a common knowledge among the staff of current 'Thailand Hong De Boa International'. The common lingo of Director Zhang is 'Company is my heart, employees are my treasure'. From here, we can see Director Jiang good attitude towards her jobs.

Apart from her own business, she's currently the committee member of 'Thailand Chinese Workers Federation', the administrator of 'Thailand Taiwan Trade Federation, the secretary of 'Thailand Zhangshan Association, and the consultant of 'Chinese Salvation Federation'. She's also actively doing her parts for the society. She participants in industry activities, all Charity activities organized by Taiwanese Trade Industry, all sorts of regional trade meeting in Thailand, Taiwanese or Charity activities of the Folks of the Northern Thailand, such as the double tenth 、in memory of the deceased of President Jiang
Youth Sport of the North Thailand Federation, Guo Ming '93 Asia Chinese Meeting and Guo Ming '94 Asia Annual Meeting. Director Jiang is always generously donating and contribution her parts personally.
Director Jiang always believes: although not all thing will happen the way we want, thing will always run smoothly, to survive in society, ones need to 'free of guilt, free of regrets', 'treat people with sincerity and whole heartedly' and these what she strongly persist on. It's Director Jiang unselfishness approach and contribution to the trade industry and Taiwanese Trade that received everyone acknowledgements and recommendations.

履歷:

  1993年,江婉君小姐被台灣旅遊公司派遣隻身來到泰國,先後擔任旅行社導遊、業務經理、總經理等職務。1999年一段機緣江婉君小姐進入人力仲介這一行業並也促成她日後創立「泰國鴻德寶國際集團」,因江董事長「以誠待人」的個性和爽直的作風,凡事親力親為,使鴻德寶公司在全體員工努力和共識下,公司規模由當初2、3人發展至今已達17人,營業額亦達到相當水準,服務品質更受到同業一致推崇。

  經營一門行業若非有絕對專業知識、良好的人際關係、無障礙的溝通,甚難在該行業中立足,更遑論發展。同行的競爭是激烈的,社會的汰換是無情的,江婉君小姐為了業務的拓展,不單在日常工作中緊記每個動作、步驟、文件的處理流程,更利用每日僅存短短的休息時間,苦學泰文,為的就是要營造一個無障礙的空間。江婉君認為,也只有雙方完全充份溝通、協調,才能創造一個勞、資雙方和諧的環境,朝著目標全力以赴,這就是現有泰國鴻德寶國際集團所有員工共同的認知。常掛在江董事長口中的一句話是:「公司是我心.員工是我寶」,由此可見江董事長對工作用心的一斑。

  事業之外,現任泰國華僑工商聯合會理事、泰國台灣商會聯合總會監事、泰國中山學會秘書、華僑救國聯合總會顧問等職的江董事長回饋社會不落人後,熱心積極的參與僑界、台商各項公益活動,舉凡泰國地區僑界、台商或是泰北山區難民村各項慶典紀念活動,如雙十節、紀念先總統蔣公逝世紀念日、泰北地區青年節運動大會、民國93年亞洲華僑菁英會議、94年亞華年會等,江董事長無不熱心捐助,親身參與,貢獻個人力量。江董事長始終認為:雖然凡事不能樣樣稱心,事事順遂,但要在社會上立足,【問心無愧、無愧蒼天】、【真誠待人、全心對人】是她永遠堅持的理想,也因為如此,江董事長對僑界、台商無私奉獻的精神獲得大家肯定和推崇。
